Healing services can be intense, but we pride ourselves in taking great care in how we approach them. There is a lot of guidance provided for healing services and so we ask that you follow the guidance provided to you to the best of your ability.
We do try to respond ASAP to your queries. Should there be a matter of urgency we are only a phone call away but please note there are other customers that we deal with on a regular basis. All products are vegan and handmade. Please specify if you have any allergies or potential problems you may have with an item before you purchase it, especially if the item you are purchasing is intended for use on the body or related to your personal practices. We try to be as respectful as possible to your personal identity and your practices, which is why our products are handmade and can be further tailored to suit your needs. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to get in touch as we can tweak and work on these items together.
